Orbital sander backing pad FBP2 is a perfect attachment that matches with 150mm hook-and-loop sanding discs and all commercially available orbital sanders. The sanding disc backing pad provides adequate cushioning for the highest sanding performance, increases abrasive discs’ flexibility, and reduces wear and the risk of ergonomic injuries. Backing pads also help ensure the disc’s maximum surface area is available for the project and the pressure is more evenly distributed, which provides the most even finish.

• Multihole Backing Pad: The disc compatible backing pad is made into a multi-hole pattern which ensures compatibility with the hole pattern of sanding discs most commonly found in the market.
• Swirl-free Backing Pad: FBP2 back pad combines oscillation with its rotation, which helps to produce a swirl-free finish.
• Hook-and-loop Backing Pad: The sanding discs can be kept in place firmly and easily on the backing pad by means of a hook-and-loop fastener, and the abrasive discs can be changed or removed with ease by hand.
• Dust-free Backing Pad: the perforated pad with 52 vacuum holes provides a dust extraction option that enables orbital sanders to extract dust during sanding or polishing and keeps the workstation and the air clear from dust.
