Return and Cancellation

Fastplus Abrasives offers high quality abrasives and polishes with hassle-free return and cancellation policy. Please read carefully ahead on how to return, change or cancel your orders with or without obligations as follows:

How to Return Products

Our products fulfill the highest quality standards; of that, Fastplus have no doubt. See for yourself, totally risk-free. If the products you've ordered do not completely fulfill your expectations, or if you find them to be flawed, damaged, or defective in any way, sending them back is no problem. We accept returns within the statutory cooling-off period of 7 working days and grant additional 3 working days as a voluntary extension of the cooling-off period. Thereby all customers, whether private or business, have at least two full calendar weeks to withdraw from their purchase. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your credit if the item shows signs of wear and tear beyond what is considered necessary to test the functionality of the products.

For items that can be sent by parcel post:

If you wish to return one or more items, please inform us in advance by e-mail. Then send the items to the address as pre-agreed. As soon as we have received the items, you'll be refunded the sale price without delay.

For items too bulky to be sent by parcel post:

If the item you're returning is not suitable for parcel post (for example, a bulky item such as a sanding or polishing machine), please inform us by email that you wish to return one or more items. Please note that for legal reasons, notification by telephone is NOT sufficient in such cases.

How to Cancel or Modify Orders

Please drop us an email at support@fastplus.eu to check out the processing status of your orders, since your cancellation or change may be subject to some extra fees incurred if:  

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, no extra fee will be charged.

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.

After Shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the sales price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, no extra fee will be charged only if the courier doesn't request extra fees from us. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the sales price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
